Kibo Palace

The Basics:
The less than 2 year old Kibo Palace is a very nice 5 story hotel near the heart of Arusha town.
Kibo offers standard rooms up to executive suite.
Everything is new and you can really tell when you are there.
One of the most striking things you'll find is the interesting circle and cylinder themed building architecture.
The main lobby is has an impressive open atrium that expands 5 stories high and ends with a
16 sided glass dome and chandelier.
Each of the suites have large semi-circle shaped glass walls that offer a view of the pool and courtyard below.
Like the Impala Hotel, the Kibo Palace offers everything you would expect in a modern hotel.
But in the case of Kibo Palace everything is newer, nicer, and more modern.
All rooms are air conditioned so there is no need for mosquito nets.
When staying in Arusha town for a night or two and are looking for something a little bit nicer,
then I would definitely suggest Kibo Palace.
The Photos:

Courtyard area.
Your typical pool, bar, grass, umbrellas, pool chairs affair.
To the left on the grass area is a fun replica of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Bathtub in one of the standard suites.
The picture pretty much says it all here.

Here's the same bathroom on the other side.
New modern toilet, hair dryer, tasteful crown molding, wall to wall tile.

Standard suite bedroom. Again, everything is new and nice.
Laminate floors, high ceiling, lots of window space.

The junior suites are on the top floor and are just under the roof.
If you don't mind the low angled ceiling and are looking for a really
good room for a better price then this is the room for you.

Executive suite bedroom.
This room is big.
Unlike the other rooms, its carpeted.

This is the other half of the Executive suite.
Big. Those windows to the left there make a semicircle that looks down on the courtyard and pool below.
The bathrooms in these suites are even nicer than the others and includes jacuzzi baths.
