Our Story

I first visited Tanzania back in 2001 upon the animated recommendation of a friend. I fell in love with the beauty of the people, the land, and the wildlife. I have since made it my mission to pass my experience on to others. Even though I live far away in Santa Monica, California, I will be returning many times in the future to scout out new parks, reserves, and lodging so as to always be able to offer the most up to date and accurate information about safaris in Tanzania.

I believe every safari should be personalized and luxurious, regardless of your budget. No matter if you stay at the finest 4 star safari lodges or in the simplest hotels, your experience will be unforgettable. I only offer packaged and custom safari vacations to places and accommodations I myself have visited. I want to be that friend who personally recommends you to go on safari in Tanzania. That friend who encourages you to do it.

My ground operator in Tanzania has over 15 years experience in leading and arranging safaris in Tanzania. He has personally lead over 130 expeditions up Mt. Kilimanjaro! I have traveled with him and his crew extensively and can assure you of the professionalism, skill, and knowledge of our safari driver/guides, cooks, crew, and porters. I have driven in the vehicles we use and can attest to their quality and durability. I have visited each of the lodges you will sleep at and can speak honestly and knowingly of their comforts.
