Book Your Trip Booking your trip means letting us know which safari package you want and when you want to arrive. We will reserve your hotels and time with your guide. Everything will be taken care of for you from the moment you arrive in Tanzania to the moment you leave. A booking requires a 50% downpayment on your trip and can be paid using your credit card or PayPal account.

Buy Your Plane Ticket.Use your favorite travel agent or online ticket service to buy your plane ticket to Tanzania. We will pick you up in Arusha at Kilimanjaro International Airport. (JRO)

Pack Your Luggage! That's basically it. We'll need the remainder of payment at least 30 days before you leave in most cases. Everything will be ready for you at this time. All you need to do is show up in Arusha and we'll handle the rest.
